Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
At Aerthly, we strive to give our customers the very best shopping experience possible.
The Policy envisages the terms and conditions under which:
You are permitted to return goods purchased by you, subject to a valid reason;
A refund may be obtained for goods purchased by you, subject to certain conditions;
You may cancel orders for goods purchased by you within a stipulated period of time"
It is important to note while the Company makes best efforts to ensure that returns, refunds and cancellations are available to the users of the Website, the Company has to place certain restrictions on the same in order to meet its business, legal and contractual obligations. Return, refunds or cancellations may also vary from brand to brand or seller to seller, in which case each such good sold thereunder will have specific guidelines which will determine the terms and conditions related to return, refunds or cancellations (the “Guidelines”). In each such case, the Guidelines shall prevail over this Policy and it is important for you to acquaint yourself with the applicable Guidelines while making a purchase on the Website.
What I can return and when?
You receive a faulty or defective product.
You receive a product that is different from what you ordered
If the product does not fit well (size issues)
Conditions for returning products
Our policy lasts 5 days from the date of delivery. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Disputes registered after 5 days of delivery shall be entertained at the sole discretion of the seller of the product. If the seller agrees to a refund, then you must send the product back to the vendor within 5 days of the vendor agreeing to the refund."
The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in, along with the original invoice, tags, labels etc.
Products must be in their original form and packaging
Brand packaging should be intact
Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.
To raise a refund/return claim, please send an email to email@example.com. Your email must contain name of the product, the order ID, Invoice Number along with a detailed description of the nature of the claim.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify receipt of the returned item on the email address provided by you at the time of booking the order. After inspection of the item, we will notify you on the status of your refund.
If you paid by net banking/credit card/debit card, we will initiate a refund request to our Payment Gateway Partners within seven (7) working days of the approval of your return received by us. Once the request has been processed, the amount will be transferred back to your account/card account within nine (9) working days or per the timelines of the Payment Gateway / Bank.
If you paid by Cash (Cash On Delivery), we will courier the refund cheque to you within seven (7) working days of the approval of your return received by us. The cheque will be prepared in favor of the “Billing Name” you used when placing the order and will be couriered to the “Billing Address” you provided when placing the order.
What I cannot return?
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned
Perishable goods such as Perishable items, Grocery, beverages, Plants & Flowers, glassware, etc. cannot be returned.
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy
We also do not accept Perfumes, personal and beauty care products, as mandated by the seller
Products that have already been used or installed, as mandated by the seller
Products that have been tampered with or are missing serial numbers, as mandated by the seller including Electronic items
Personalised/engraved items, as mandated by the seller
Items that have been worn, washed or soiled
Bulky items (heavier than 6kgs) like furniture, statues, paintings, temples (mandir)
Any item can be cancelled if the shipment has not initiated.
Refund for such amount shall be processed as per above Refund process and timelines
In case shipment has started, it will follow the return policy as stated above.
